Requirements
Grade 12 /Matric
2-3 years of retail experience preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Basic administration and cash-handling skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professional and approachable manner
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands
Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player
Proficiency in English

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Help customers find products and provide styling or product advice as needed
