Luxury Reservationist: Global Roles & Training

ROKA Dubai is seeking a Reservationist to be at the heart of our guest experience. You will handle bookings by phone and email, assist guests with special requests, and ensure every first impression aligns with our high standards.

You'll maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus and promotions, coordinate with front-of-house and kitchen teams, and support the reception team as needed. A background in luxury hospitality and a passion for Japanese cuisine are highly valued.
