Luxury Hotel Sales Director: Growth & Key Accounts

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur seeks a Director of Sales to join our Commercial team as the hotel’s primary business development leader. You will drive new business acquisition, expand market share, and deliver incremental revenue across key market segments.

You will lead strategies, cultivate high-value accounts, and oversee a robust pipeline across Corporate, MICE, Wholesale, and Luxury Travel sectors. The role requires exceptional leadership, negotiation skills, and collaboration with
