Luxury Guest Relations Executive: Elevate Guest Experiences

METT Singapore is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to greet guests and ensure a memorable arrival and stay. You will be stationed in the lobby, assist guests from arrival to room assignment, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill special requests.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality, excellent communication, and a customer-focused attitude. Opera software familiarity is preferred, with shifts including weekends and public holidays.
