Luxury F&B Manager: Operations, Menu & Procurement

Dante Personnel in Hazyview, Mpumalanga is seeking an experienced F&B Manager or Executive Chef with a strong background in the luxury hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience within a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining environment.

The role requires expertise in culinary management, stock control, and supplier management, as well as the implementation of systems and SOPs. A valid driver's license is also advantageous.
