Luxury F&B & Events Center Director

UNICO 18°77° Montego Bay (PAM Hotels) seeks a Bars, Restaurants & Convention Center Manager to lead pre-opening operations for luxury outlets and a 1,000+ guest events program. You will set strategy and daily operations for all outlets, manage budgets, and coordinate large conferences and banquets with a focus on ultra-premium service.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in F&B leadership, experience with multi-outlet properties, mastery of Micros Simphony, and fluent English.
