Luxury Customer Experience Specialist — Hybrid (Singapore)

Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Agent based in Singapore to join its International Sales team. You will be responsible for delivering a high-touch client experience while working in a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days remote.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or data entry, along with a passion for luxury interiors. Excellent communication and data management skills are a must.
