Luxury Butler Team Lead — Guest Experience (Santiago)

Silversea is seeking an experienced Butler to ensure exceptional service delivery for guests. You will lead the Butler Team, conduct inspections, and meet performance targets, while fostering a high standard of service excellence.

The adequate candidate possesses a minimum of two years of relevant experience in luxury settings and excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus and will support your success in this role.
