Lux Front Office Duty Manager: Guest Experience Lead

Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the Front Office operations and ensure exceptional guest service across shifts. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, engineering, and F&B to maintain smooth daily operations while upholding luxury standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in hotel operations with supervisory exposure. Strong leadership, English communication, and the ability to manage emergencies are essential. Prior luxury hotel experience is a plus.
