Overview

Would you like to join our team at a Great Place To Work®-certified workplace? We are seeking two receptionists for the winter season 2026–2027 for a fixed-term, part-time or full-time (90–112.5 hours/3 weeks) position at Luosto. Your work will mainly involve two shifts, handling routine reception tasks.

Responsibilities

• General reception duties such as check-in and check-out, reservations, and customer service.
• The reception is located next to the restaurant, so tasks in the restaurant area will also add variety to your workday.
• Assist waitstaff and learn about restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, especially as a receptionist or waiter, will be beneficial.
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Cheerful and humorous service approach.
• Good IT skills, especially familiarity with Opera Cloud is an advantage.
