Lubricants Operations Team Leader

To plan and supervise blending and filling operations under Toll blending companies (3rd party contract) related to production of lubricants, greases, speciality oils etc. Coordinate with toll blending companies under ADD contract to ensure smooth and timely production of required products as per production schedules in coordination with sales, planning and lube stores in a cost effective manner. To arrange receipt of base oil, additives by dedicated blending companies and delivery of bulk finished lubricants. Maintains and updates ISO 9001 quality assurance document for Lube, Grease and Chemical production plant. Manage storage and distribution operations of GRP-III Base oils to ensure maximum value generation for Base oils trading business. Manage in house production of ADNOC Blue.
