For our state-of-the art 600+ person Lubbock, TX cheese and whey manufacturing facility, Leprino is seeking a Processing Team Member I.
This position pays $21.35 per hour. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay.
Summary Description:
The Processing Team Member I is responsible for the safe operation of the associated equipment and/or processes, the quality of incoming raw materials, the quality of the outgoing products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safe work practices. This position is also responsible for maintaining 5S standards, and participating in and implementing continuous improvement.
The Processing General Labor position is also responsible to bulk on/off cheese, monitor high speed scale operations, fold bags, rework and redice, support box and label room, and perform general housekeeping duties.
