• Position Overview The LTVS Coordinator will lead our Long Term Vocational Support (LTVS) program, providing ongoing job coaching, stability supports, and career maintenance services for individuals with disabilities who have achieved competitive, community-based employment.
• This role ensures participants maintain employment success through individualized, high-quality supports while collaborating with employers, vocational rehabilitation partners, and internal teams.
