LTO Sales Representative

Job Purpose

The Sales Agent (Lease-to-Own) will be responsible for driving Lease-to-Own sales by engaging with customers, negotiating deals and closing contracts while maintaining strong client relationships. Since we currently lack an Arabic-speaking salesperson this role is critical to capturing a significant untapped customer segment and achieving our monthly sales target of 10 cars directly contributing to the companys revenue growth.

Duties and Responsibilities (Generic) of the position

Manage End-to-End Sales Process

• Handle the complete Lease-to-Own sales cycle including engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable car options, negotiating pricing and financing terms and closing deals successfully.
