Job Description:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Behavioral Health will provide nursing care in an outpatient setting, specifically assisting in managing patients with various psychiatric conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer injections, including long-acting anti-psychotics
• Perform phlebotomy and coordinate medication refills
• Handle prior authorizations and medication reconciliation
• Use EPIC for electronic medical records and coordinate patient rooming

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in any psychiatric setting
• Current BLS certification and WA state or compact LPN license
