Schedule Information

• Typical operating hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Saturday hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Shift schedules may vary based on operational needs and patient census
• Possible shifts may include:
  • 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Full-time opportunities may include:
  • 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts
  • 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current LPN licensure required
• Must be licensed in the state of Kentucky or possess a qualifying Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Minimum of 2 years of current experience as a practicing LPN preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification required ...
