**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Case Manager**
**Location:** Worcester, MA (In-Home Assessments Throughout Worcester Area)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
**Type:** Full-Time | 13-Week Contract (Temp-to-Perm or Direct Hire)
**Pay:** $47/hour + $0.72/mile reimbursement
