**What you'll do**:
- Act as the Local Process Equipment Authority (LPEA) for assembly processes, connecting local operations with the global Steering Wheel Product Line to deploy best practices, ensure compliance with Manufacturing and Corporate Process Specifications, and drive the 1 Product / 1 Process (1P1P) strategy
- Support manufacturing and development projects, guiding the Autonomous Manufacturing Organization in equipment alignment, automation initiatives, and process optimization to improve efficiency, safety, quality, cost performance, and productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement and technical problem solving, including root cause analysis and action plans for quality or productivity issues, implementing SMED changeover strategies, and ensuring operational standards are followed.
