**Your Impact**

The primary purpose of this role is to foster an environment of experiential learning; developing leaders on the on role specific technical skills and leadership capabilities needed at Lowe's to drive our organizational Mission and Strategy. This is accomplished by hosting events, facilitating training courses, and providing opportunities to practice concepts and skills learned.
