Lounge Kitchen Lead — Chef de Partie

Accor, in partnership at Changi Airport lounges, seeks a Chef De Partie to support the Executive and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations. You will help ensure recipes, quality, and presentation meet established standards while coordinating with staff for smooth service.

You will manage mise en place, assist with menu updates, and maintain hygiene, safety and cost-control practices in a high-volume lounge environment.
