Looking for Remote Co-Founder & Lead CAD/CAM Specialist (CNC / Flat-Pack Woodworking)

We are expanding our product line of interlocking (flat-pack) wooden products and custom furniture and seeking a talented, detail-oriented CAD/CAM Specialist to join our venture as an early-stage Equity Partner / Co-Founder .
If you are an expert in parametric 3D modeling and production-ready CNC programming, this is a long-term opportunity to build a global brand together.
Key Responsibilities: Convert product samples, physical models, and raw ideas into accurate 3D CAD models.
Design precise interlocking/flat-pack joinery with proper tolerances and dogbone/T-bone clearances.
Prepare 2D vector layouts, perform optimal nesting to minimize material waste, and generate final G-code outputs.
Provide clean, production-ready files (NC/TAP) and basic setup sheets for the CNC operator.
Required Software Expertise: AlphaCAM: Advanced Nesting, toolpath generation, and G-Code output.
AutoCAD & 3ds Max: 3D Modeling and technical drawing.
