Looking for long-term childcare and playful supervision

I'm seeking a reliable caregiver for long-term babysitting and daytime supervision for my two children, aged 4 and 6. We live in a friendly neighborhood in the UK and need someone who can start as soon as possible and commit to regular hours. Main duties include: supervising play, preparing simple meals, helping with nap/quiet time, light homework support, and ensuring safety at all times. Preference for a candidate with first aid training and experience with preschool and early elementary kids. The schedule would be Monday to Friday, roughly 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional early starts or after-school coverage when needed. We value punctuality, creativity, and a warm, calm approach. A friendly, engaging, and patient persona is essential.
