Looking for long-term babysitting for two children

I'm seeking a reliable, caring babysitter for regular, long-term care for my two children after school and on some weekends. Location is in Ireland, and we need someone who can supervise homework, prepare light meals, and ensure bedtime routines run smoothly. Ideally, you have a background in child care, first aid training, and references from previous families. The schedule would start after school around 3:30-4:00 PM and continue for a few hours on weekdays, with some weekend coverage. We value warm, patient, and engaging childcare, with a friendly approach to activities, crafts, and outdoor play when weather permits. A valid Green Card/working eligibility for Ireland is required, and we prefer someone who speaks English fluently and can help with basic household chores related to the children.
