Looking for home care assistance for daily living tasks

I’m seeking a reliable caregiver to help with daily living tasks at my home in Ireland. The role includes companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and help with errands or appointments as needed. I would prefer someone patient, respectful, and experienced with elderly or disabled individuals. A brief assessment visit would be helpful to tailor the support plan, and references are welcome.
