Looking for a tutor for beginner to intermediate art class

I'm seeking a patient and creative art tutor to help my teen improve their drawing and painting skills. The session should cover basic techniques, color theory, composition, and practical projects like still life and expressive portraiture. Ideally, the tutor can provide constructive feedback, share helpful exercises for practice at home, and adapt lessons to a student who is new to some mediums. A weekly 1.5 to 2 hour session would be great, and if possible, we can alternate between dry media (pencil, charcoal) and water-based media (acrylics or gouache). Access to basic materials at home is fine, and I’d appreciate a quick intro outline before the first lesson.
