Purpose Provide direction and support to the operations group to help achieve and surpass the mine’s safety and production targets and to add value to the operation. Ensure timely execution of the sequence of mining activities for longhole stope tipping, provides mine plans, drilling layouts, blast letters and monitors progress to ensure monthly forecast is achieved.

Monitor various workplaces regarding drilling, loading and blasting to ensure use of best practices.
