**Logistics Support Specialist II - req1683**
**OVERVIEW**
Responsible for supporting other team members in the Parts department with inventory control and logistics of service parts inventories, tools and equipment. Acts as a trainer for the Oracle system for both new hires and existing staff. Handle escalations of critical spare parts shipments to ensure successful delivery. Order and maintain department supplies.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**This is a remote, field-based position in USA.**
+ Perform responsibilities for Logistics Support Specialist I.
+ Monitor and assist with critical shipments with expedited service providers.
+ Resolve and escalate order management, inventory, and transportation issues.
+ Support Service Parts Logistics Specialists (PFC) team with resolutions to fulfill orders and deadlines.
+ Act as the liaison between Third Party Logistics and courier vendors to find and implement improvements and solutions.
