**Description**

SAIC is looking for a Logistics Supervisor for our Bedford, IN team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Leadership and Team Management

+ Supervise and lead the shipping and receiving team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the department.
+ Monitor workloads and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage to meet operational demands.

Operational Oversight

+ Oversee daily operations related to shipping, receiving, and material handling.
+ Ensure timely and accurate processing, receiving, and shipping of goods in accordance with company and customer requirements.
+ Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies in coordination with inventory control teams.

Shipping Management

+ Ensure accurate and timely shipment of outbound orders in compliance with customer requirements and company policies.
