Logistics Supervisor Automotive Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities Supervise all inbound and outbound logistics activities. Manage material flow to production lines, ensuring uninterrupted supply. Lead warehouse, dispatch, receiving and line-feeding teams. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control. Coordinate deliveries with customers, suppliers and transport providers. Ensure compliance with FIFO, JIT and Kanban principles. Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, safety and cost reduction. Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards within the logistics area. Monitor logistics KPIs including inventory accuracy, delivery performance and stock variances. Ensure compliance with customer, quality, safety and company requirements. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing or related field advantageous. 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
