Vacancy Description

The Logistics Specialist provides support to the Customer Operations team. This role is an integral part of the Kerecis supply chain that is responsible for product distribution and inventory management.

The Logistics Specialist is based in a Kerecis office and reports to the Senior Logistics Manager. This is a full-time, in-office role.


Major Areas of Accountability

  • Accurately turn sales orders into outbound shipments

  • Input data to manage inbound and outbound product to maintain accurate inventory levels

  • Fulfill customer ship orders and accurately enter the outgoing product specifications into order system

  • Help maintain the Kerecis customer relationship management (CRM) system for accuracy

  • Handle administrative functions within the Customer Operations Department

  • Coordinate demo requests from the field
