**Position Summary**
The Logistics Specialist has responsibility for managing and maintaining inventory of tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition. This role is also responsible for the execution of deliveries and supporting project personnel with the fulfillment of tool-related material requisitions, consumables and other support services as may be requested.
**Position Details**
+ Purchases tools and equipment as requested by manager. Prepares tool orders as requested.
+ Drives and delivers tools and equipment to locations as needed.
+ Ensures tools and equipment are in proper order. Performs general maintenance and repairs as needed.
+ Performs shipping and handling duties to include driving a forklift, loading and unloading trucks and receiving deliveries.
+ Performs general building maintenance, including moving office supplies between buildings, yard work such as leaf blowing, garbage removal, and sweeping, ...
