Logistics Specialist

Job Description:

Accountabilities:

• To ensure complete accuracy fulfil and comply with Logistics Objectives QMS and Aviation Authorities requirements.

• To support the continuous improvement of the Logistics process and performance standards.

• To participate in optimizing a companys business procedures through the companys QMS and IT systems including the ERP-system.

Primary responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Logistics shopfloor activities to ensure smooth operations and on time delivery of KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly) in line with the agreements.

• Process Optimization : drive processes identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and optimize costs.

• Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise with LSP suppliers carriers Dubai customs and internal teams (sales production) for seamless operations.
