Medipost is recruiting for a Logistics Services Agent reporting to Logistics Services Manager. The purpose of the role is to attend queries and complaints regarding patients' medication.

Responsibilities To deliver a high standard of customer service and to meet customer needs Ensure 1st time query resolution within agreed timelines Lost call rate to be Calls answered within 40 seconds Customer Satisfaction Score 98% or higher with zero complaints Always comply with company policies and procedures Adhere to good housekeeping practices Investigate, resolve, and provide feedback on Courier Complaints within agreed timelines Log Courier Complaint Service Failures as per SOP Ensure that Losts / replacements are created as per SOP guidelines Ensure that Tracking Queries are attended to and feedback provided within agreed timelines Ensure that Problem Parcels are attended to within 1 business day and feedback provided to the couriers Ensure that Kawari Tracking Queries are attended ...
