Logistics Planner

This will be a Fixed Term Contract of 6 months. The Main Objective of this role will be to reconcile export customs entries, ensure completeness and accuracy of export documentation, support Finance in VAT refund submissions, and identify discrepancies that strengthen compliance and reporting integrity. Key Responsibilities Reconcile all export customs entries from FY2022 onwards against shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations. Produce a reconciliation tracker showing matched, unmatched, and pending entries by period. Flag and escalate all discrepancies with root cause notes. Maintain a submission log tracking Certificates of Export (COE) status and timelines. Compile and validate all export documentation required for VAT refund submissions covering the FY2022 backlog period (customs export entries, invoices, proof of export).
