Logistics Operations Specialist

Lead and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations—Inbound & Outbound shipments from outside UAE by air, sea, and land, and everything related ensuring reliable and efficient shipment execution, cost control and clear communication across all stakeholders, customers, suppliers, service providers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, cargo agents, and shipping lines.
• Manage freight bookings for air, sea, and land with agents and carriers.
• Oversee shipping and customs clearance processes to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor shipments, resolve delays/issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform billing vs expense analysis to control logistics costs and margins.
• Maintain and update internal systems with delivery services, rates, and schedules.
