Job role / duties
Looking after a team of approximately 8-10 on shift plus agency workers at peak
Perform checks across the bay, machining, MHE and general safety
Use Excel, SAP and WMS for reporting, processing and input
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards, Safe Systems of Work, and current legislation
Set clear performance goals and targets for team members
Manage absence, investigations, and disciplinary matters in partnership with HR, unions, and ...
