Responsibilities

• Plan and select optimal delivery methods from China to the U.S. based on readiness dates, volume, cost, and timelines
• Oversee consolidation and timely dispatch of shipments from origin warehouses
• Create weekly Amazon FBA shipments and coordinate with suppliers
• Conduct weekly DDP tenders, evaluate offers, and choose the best price/route
• Manage contracts and settlements with freight forwarders, including invoice validation and payment requests
• Review and correct shipping documentation for compliance
• Expand and maintain a reliable base of forwarders and carriers
• Monitor logistics market trends (rates, transit times) and update benchmarks
• Coordinate with U.S. warehouses to ensure proper receiving and stock accuracy
