Summary You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the PERFORMANCE & AUDIT DEPT (FC10000), Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul-Logistics (MRO-L) Group, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) of COMFLTREADCEN. Responsibilities You will develop and implement continuous process improvement strategies to optimize maintenance and supply chain processes throughout the Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs) You will direct coordination methods to ensure uniformity across different organizations, in alignment with established department policy. You will brief senior leaders, lead technical discussions, and resolve complex, fleet-wide logistics support issues. You will represent the department as an authoritative logistics expert in major task groups and working groups that create, review, or modify broad logistics plans and procedures.
