Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION - PERMANENT. This National Guard position is for a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, Position Description Number NGD2196000 and is part of the Guam G4 Directorate of Logistics, National Guard. Responsibilities 1. May serve as the developmental position for the ARNG Food Program Manager responsible and accountable for oversight of the entire state ARNG Food Service program which includes the administration of the Food Service Budget, Awards Program, new equipment fielding's, training, Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) and inspections.
