Key Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, checking, put-away, picking, packing, loading, and unloading activities for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Verify incoming and outgoing goods against supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
- Handle return goods, including inspection, sorting, and proper storage.
- Repack, label, palletize, and prepare cargo for shipment according to operational requirements.
- Ensure goods are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Assist in stock counts, inventory checks, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct basic checks on warehouse equipment and report any faults or damages.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and good housekeeping within the warehouse.
- Adhere to all workplace safety regulations, SOPs, and operational procedures.
