Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure timely execution of Inbound, Outbound, and Value-Added Services (VAS) operations, aligning with customer volume trends and sales initiatives to support a smooth supply chain to local stores.
- Manage team performance and workload to ensure the operations team delivers services effectively and efficiently.
- Closely track daily operations and proactively implement measures to improve and exceed KPI targets.
- Monitor operational volumes and activities to ensure optimal use of facilities and resources, maintaining a consistently efficient distribution center.
