Job Responsibilities
- Responding on enquiries from customer & processing pricing estimates/quotations.
- Co-ordinate, negotiate & data gathering for the quote preparation.
- Price reviewing.
- Budgeting and analyzing.
- Assists in preparing, analyzing customers and suppliers’ forecast actual demands, etc.
- Support in monthly reporting.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
- Strong time management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
