Responsibilities
- Following all the company SOPs on the procedures for receiving/operations/testing/charging/maintenance of the Dewars
- Following all the company SOPs on the procedures as per ISO/GDP requirements
- Nitrogen gas and Dry shipper filling and the process
- Regular training of team members reporting directly and supporting the Filing Centre
- Handle site audit
- To be updated on the SCDF rules and regulations
- Quarter stock take
- Year-end stock-taking
- Manager internal audit by Company
- Overall in charge of maintenance of the Dry Shippers
- Regular follow-ups on the Quarantine Dewar received
- Maintaining the validity/calibrations – of types of equipment
