The position

As a Logistics & Distribution Professional I, you will be central to handling GL&D Deviations (DV) and Change Requests (CR), supporting the transition of HQ tasks into our Global Business Services (GBS) hub, and strengthening our quality and documentation practices. You will combine operational execution with continuous improvement to ensure our processes are robust, transparent and scalable. Your key responsibilities will include:Handling assigned DV/CR cases in line with procedures and quality requirements – assessing, prioritising, documenting and following up to ensure timely closure, while coordinating stakeholder inputs and escalating risks where neededSupporting the transition and operational stabilisation of DV/CR and related quality tasks from HQ to GBS, executing against agreed process maps, capturing learnings and identifying practical improvementsWriting, reviewing and updating SOPs, work instructions and templates – ensuring clarity, plain ...
