Logistics & Order Management
- Manages the logistics department to provide excellent delivery service to customers.
- Resource planning, especially manpower, drivers, fleets, and inventory towards daily order fulfillment.
- Engagement with the transport service providers to ensure the upkeep of the desired service level in accordance with the service level agreement.
- Monitor daily stock movement as compared to daily offtake requirement to ensure inventory availability according to the requirements and plan.
- Guide and assist the dispatch team on day-to-day issues of drivers, fleets and issues at customer sites if any.
- Closely monitor and ensure smooth daily dispatch operations without any delivery disruption, including the availability of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and its related system.
