Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a small, close-knit team in the shipping/logistics industry.

• Coordinate local, import and export shipments (FCL/LCL bookings)
• Handle CCP declarations via Tradeweb (Customs Competency Test certification an advantage)
• Manage Warehouse Inventory Data Control (WMS)
• Basic use of Portnet
• Liaise with warehouse operations as required

• Min N-Level
• Min 1 year of relevant experience
• Must have working knowledge of Incoterms, Portnet, Custom permit declaration and WMS
• Experience handling petrochemical cargo (plastic resins) is an advantage

Small company of 18 staff – close working relationship with management, no red tape

Mon‑Fri, 8:15am–5:30pm
