Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate the organization of MHE mobilization and demobilization, including operators.Monitor and coordinate on-site deployment schedules to ensure equipment availability aligns with project requirements.Collaborate with drivers, site supervisors, and transport teams to ensure operational timeliness.Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, operational hours, and fuel consumption as needed.Ensure all deployed equipment meets ADNOC standards and certifications.Assist in monitoring training, CICPA, PTW, and safety certifications for operators and equipment.Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all documentation, including third-party certifications and inspection logs.Act as a key liaison between end-users, internal teams, and site management for effective communication.Document daily activity lo...
