REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 qualification supported by at least 2 years experience in a similar role A qualification in International Freight Management/ Transport Economics or Supply Chain Management would be advantageous Good understanding of international import supply chain management Knowledge of domestic warehousing and courier operations Strong administrative skills Good numerical skills Demonstrated commercial acumen Working knowledge of CRM and ERP system - MS Business Central would be an added advantage Good written and spoken skills in English High degree of professionalism. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office 365 DUTIES Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound local and international shipments. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, customs agents, and warehouse partners to ensure efficient logistics operations.
