Responsibilities
- Coordinate import shipments with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Work closely with the supervisor on day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, as well as liaise with overseas offices and partners.
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including break bulk documents, invoices, delivery orders (D/O), shipment summary reports, and related paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized shipment records, both digitized and in physical filing systems.
- Handle customs permits and declarations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Follow up with terminals and airlines on shipment clearance matters and coordinate cargo survey arrangements where required.
- Prepare and generate monthly reports according to customers' requirements.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
