Logistics Coordinator

The Role

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring all logistics activities related to project materials, equipment and shipments for the EPCM project. The role ensures timely delivery, compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards and international logistics regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics plans aligned with EPCM project schedules.
• Coordinate transportation of materials from vendors to site (local and international).
• Liaise with procurement, expediting and construction teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange freight (air, sea, land) and optimize cost‑effective shipping solutions.
• Manage freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers.
• Track shipments and ensure on‑time delivery to project sites.
